Smarty PANCE Gift Memberships: Purchase, Delivery, and Redemption

Smarty PANCE gift memberships let you purchase access for a friend, classmate, colleague, or future PA without starting the recipient's membership clock at checkout.

What happens after purchase?

1. The purchaser completes the secure Stripe checkout and receives a receipt.
2. A personalized digital gift-card page opens with the unique redemption code.
3. The purchaser can add the recipient's name and a message, then download, print, or email the card.
4. The recipient redeems the code when ready and creates or activates an individual Smarty PANCE account.

When does access begin?

The redemption code does not expire. The recipient's 12 months of access begin when the code is redeemed, not when the gift is purchased. The recipient is not charged, and the one-use code cannot be transferred after redemption.

Current-member discount

Signed-in Smarty PANCE members can use the member gift checkout. The $10 discount is applied automatically, and the purchaser receives the same digital card, delivery options, and redemption experience as every other gift buyer. No coupon entry is required.

Refunds and support

An unused gift code is eligible for the standard 60-day refund policy. Review the refund policy or contact support with the purchase email and receipt number. Do not send the full redemption code in a public message.
