Start Here: Choose the Right Smarty PANCE Login

Smarty PANCE uses three separate sign-in areas. Choosing the correct one is the fastest way to solve most login problems.

1. Main Smarty PANCE membership

Use the main website for blueprint lessons, topic pages, EOR and EOC resources, ReelDx access when included with your plan, and other membership content.

2. Smarty PANCE QBank

The QBank is hosted on a separate exam platform. Use this sign-in for custom exams, saved exams, analytics, notes, flashcards, and question history.

If this is your first QBank visit, you may need to activate the invitation sent to the email address on your Smarty PANCE account. See our QBank access guide for an overview.

3. Smarty PANCE Community

The community has its own sign-in. Use it for discussions, community posts, and peer support.

Open the Smarty PANCE Community

If your password is not working

Confirm that you are on the correct sign-in page above
Use the Forgot password link on that same sign-in page
Enter the email address you used when purchasing Smarty PANCE
Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders for the reset email
Open only the newest reset email if you requested more than one

The browser and device you are using
