QBank Progress, Analytics, Saved Exams, and Reset Requests
The Smarty PANCE QBank tracks practice activity separately from lesson progress on the main Smarty PANCE website. Make sure you are signed into the correct QBank profile before starting an exam.
What the QBank can track
- Completed and in-progress exams
- Question history and performance analytics
- Notes and flashcards created in the QBank
- Saved or bookmarked study activity supported by the platform
If progress appears missing
- Confirm you are at exams.smartypance.com, not the main membership site
- Check the email address shown in the QBank profile
- Look for the exam in your exam history or saved/in-progress area
- Refresh the page and sign back in once
- Check whether you created a second QBank account with another email address
Starting fresh for a new rotation
Before requesting a reset, consider creating a new custom exam or using filters for the next rotation. Keeping prior results often makes long-term analytics more useful.
If you still need help separating new practice from prior work, contact support with the rotation or exam name and what you want to accomplish. Some history may be permanent or may affect analytics, so do not assume a full reset can be reversed.
If an exam closed unexpectedly
Do not repeatedly restart or submit the exam. Record the exam name, approximate time, question number, and any error message. Contact support with those details so we can investigate the saved state.
Main-site lesson progress
Lesson checkmarks and progress on the main Smarty PANCE site are different from QBank analytics. When reporting a problem, tell us which platform is affected and include the page URL.
