Receipts, CME, and Reimbursement Documentation

Use your Smarty PANCE purchase receipt for school, employer, or professional-development reimbursement. CME treatment depends on the rules of the organization receiving your documentation.

Finding a receipt

• Search the inbox used at checkout for your Smarty PANCE order confirmation
• Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders
• If you used PayPal, Apple Pay, or another payment method, check the email address associated with that service

Requesting another copy

Contact support and include:

• Your full name
• The email address used for the purchase
• The approximate purchase date
• The order number, if available
• Any specific information your school or employer requires

Please do not send full card details.

Does Smarty PANCE provide Category 1 CME?

No. Smarty PANCE is not accredited for Category 1 CME credit.

Can Smarty PANCE study time count as Category 2 CME?

NCCPA guidance allows medically related self-study that is not designated for Category 1 credit to be logged as Category 2 CME. Your employer, state licensing board, or another organization may apply different rules.

Before claiming credit:

• Review the current NCCPA CME guidance
• Confirm any state-board or employer-specific requirements
• Keep your receipt and a reasonable personal record of study activity

Smarty PANCE support cannot determine an individual licensing board's acceptance or certify a specific number of hours.
