Renew or Extend Your Smarty PANCE Membership

Already have a Smarty PANCE account? Use the member extension page so your additional time is connected to the correct membership.

How to renew or extend

1. Sign in to your main Smarty PANCE account at smartypance.com/login
2. Open the member extension page
3. Select the extension that fits your study timeline
4. Complete checkout while signed in to the existing account

Will I lose the time remaining on my membership?

No. When the extension is purchased for the correct existing account, unused time is preserved and the new time is added to the membership.

Does Smarty PANCE automatically renew?

Smarty PANCE memberships do not automatically renew. You can choose whether and when to purchase additional time.

If the extension appears on the wrong account

Do not purchase it again. Contact support and include:

• The email address on the original membership
• The email address used at checkout, if different
• The order date and order number shown on your receipt
• A brief description of the access you expected

If your membership expired during an exam

Contact support before creating a new account. Include the exam name, approximate time, the email address on the account, and a screenshot if available. We will review the account and help identify the appropriate next step.
