How to request the discount

1. Open the Smarty PANCE military discount page
2. Complete the verification form
3. Wait for the discount instructions before purchasing
4. Apply the verified discount during checkout

Before submitting documentation

• Use the secure verification process on the military discount page
• Do not email a password or payment-card information
• Redact unrelated sensitive information from any supporting document
• Do not post a discount code publicly

If you already purchased

Contact support before making another purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and the order number, but do not include full card details. We will review the transaction and explain the available next step.

If the discount is not applying

Take a screenshot of the checkout message and contact Smarty PANCE support. Tell us which membership you selected and whether verification was completed.
