Institutional and Group Access: Purchasing, Codes, and Student Activation
Smarty PANCE offers group pricing for PA programs, schools, training programs, and other eligible organizations purchasing access for multiple learners.
Current group tiers
- 10–29 learners: 15% group discount
- 30–49 learners: 25% group discount plus one complimentary faculty account
- 50 or more learners: 35% group discount plus two complimentary faculty accounts

Information to include in a group request
- Institution or program name
- Primary contact name and email
- Number of learners
- Desired membership term
- Target activation date
- Any purchasing, invoice, or vendor requirements
For students activating institutional access
- Use the activation instructions and code supplied by your program
- Use the school-approved email address when instructed
- Complete activation only once
- Save the confirmation email
- Use the same identity details when activating QBank access
If a code does not work
Do not post the code publicly and do not create several accounts. Contact support with:
- Your name and institution
- The email address you were instructed to use
- The exact error message
- A screenshot with any sensitive code partially obscured
Account sharing
Each learner should use an individual account. Personal accounts contain progress, analytics, exam history, notes, and other individualized activity. Institutional pricing is the appropriate path when a group needs multiple seats.
